Putting you first : Body position during your prenatal Massage

Many professionals – including myself,  consider side-lying the best position for a pregnant woman receiving a massage. There are tables that provide a hole in which the uterus can fit, these however may not be reliable and can still apply pressure to the abdomen or allow the abdomen to dangle, causing uncomfortable stretching of the uterine ligaments. I provide a warm couch with soft fluffy throws and pillows to enable total comfort throughout your treatment, enabling you to totally relax and enjoy your massage.
